Terms and Conditions

 

Fees and Billing:

Spanish   I   $389/Student (1-10); $150/Student (11+)

Spanish  II   $389/Student (1-10); $150/Student (11+)

 

Please do not send payment before you receive an invoice.

You or your school will be billed for all students enrolled 30 days after the first day of class. The bill will be issued by Oklahoma State University ’s Office of the Bursar.

Unpaid balances are charged 1.5% interest per month, 19.56% APR.

Textbooks:

Textbooks are furnished by the school and should be ordered as soon as students are enrolled in order to have the text available when the course begins. Past editions of the

Textbooks can be used.

Course Cancellation Policy:
The faculty and staff of the K12 Distance Learning Academy will make every effort to work with partner schools and homeschooling parents experiencing problems; and you have the right to cancel your subscription if there is no alternative. To cancel a course, you may send an email to ellen.sowell@okstate.edu or call 800-452-2787. However, there will be no refunds after the fourth week of class.

 

 

Add + Drop Policy:
Students may be added by submitting a new Registration Form. No students may be added after the fourth week of class without the permission of the instructor. To drop a student send an e-mail to the address below.
