Travel Courses
CAS Outreach helps faculty offer supplemental learning experiences at OSU by providing course offerings outside the traditional classroom. Study Abroad/Travel courses can take many shapes and sizes. Instructors are encouraged to offer travel courses that will appeal to a broad student base, such as general education courses. Faculty should also consider partnering with a faculty member from a different discipline to offer interdisciplinary course options to the same destination. Planning a travel course should begin approximately a year and half before travel.
